About StarFans

THE HOME OF STAR BASKETBALL

StarFans is a show, a shop and an archive for collectors of Star Company basketball cards, the innovative card company that held the exclusive license to issue NBA trading cards from 1983 to 1986.

Sean Campbell, host of StarFans

I'm Sean Campbell, and I host the StarFans show. Every episode covers the sets, the stories and the people behind the cards, from set profiles and collector interviews to what came in the mail that month. The show started as the 80s Star Basketball Channel and is now StarFans, on YouTube and as a podcast.

The shop carries graded and raw Star cards from my own inventory. The archive tells the history of each set, card by card.

We buy Star cards
